In the complicated world of high performance four-stroke motors it is imperative to keep the motor oil and the transmission fluid fresh. With the high levels of stress put on these motors, failure to change the fluids on a regular basis can and will result in clutch and/or transmission failure or even a complete seizure. Until now CRF450 owners have considered this process a burden because it was time consuming and messy, especially if a skid or glide plate is in place.
